I began my second career by graduating from Massage Therapy, with Honours in 2019. I’m currently practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist and am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
I believe that wellness comes from a commitment to maintaining health as part of our lifestyle. As a Massage Therapist, I will not only provide massage therapy treatments but will provide you with knowledge that may help you reach optimum wellness. I will work together with you to determine the best treatment plan for your massage therapy - through relaxation and deep tissue massage, trigger point release and stretching.
For the past 20 years, I have educated and informed myself about personal health and wellness. In 2017, I decided that my true passion rested in health and wellness and I needed to move to a field where I could have a direct impact on the wellness of others.
